The Varying Aspects of Kidney Sales Alexandria Sing Northern Arizona University Abstract A major topic that has been extremely controversial is the sale of organs and the numerous factors of why someone would consider it. This article focuses on the various arguments that have been used to support why the sale of organs should be prohibited and why these reasons are considered invalid. Radcliffe-Richards et al. (1998) whom are the authors of the selected text, The Case for Allowing Kidney Sales, believe that the sale of organs should be regulated instead of banned until there is a sufficient argument that provides an ample amount of evidence to why it should be prohibited. He also discusses how there should be trials of how the market would be run to provide data in regards to whether or not it would be feasible.
