Con sequently, the concerns and opinions raised by the workers might not be taken seriously. On the other hand, the Germans can military service their leader because of the interaction boosted by the culture of equality. Nonetheless, the Germans tendency to be individualistic might be baneful to teamwork when competition becomes a norm.
